Calling all Adventure Moms: We are about to learn that cool, hanging-from-ribbons-from-the-ceiling stuff that they do at Cirque du Soleil! Add some strength, flexibility and beauty into your boring workout routine, or at least say you tried. Now this workshop is a rare treat! Our bees have been working hard all summer, and the garden has been popping, time to bring the two together in the ultimate in tasty medicine. Join naturopathic doctor Jennifer Hillier as we infuse our amazing cold spun, raw honey with immune boosting and cough calming herbs to make your cold and flu season a sweet experience. Introduction to Soap stone carving camp

July 18 & 19, 1-4pm, for 10-14 year olds

Tired of markers and sticker art? Put your little artist to work learning the beautiful technique of soapstone carving! 

Students 10-14 years old will work with their own piece of soapstone and learn basic carving skills. This is dusty work, please wear clothing that can get dirty! $120 per person for both days, July 18 and 19 from 1-4pm. Includes all materials and a healthy snack.
